AVS-elli nominated as HESCO’s Australian Agent for HESCO Flood Mitigation products
FLOODLINE is ideal for emergency flood response, offering significant advantages over traditional sandbags, in terms of cost, time and labour requirement for installation. A wall using HESCO earth-filled barrier can be filled by two people and a standard front-end loader in just 20 minutes. The equivalent sized wall of 1,500 sandbags can take 10 people up to 7 hours to fill and build.

BG 800 Lifter designed and constructed for Boylan Group
2013 Wayne Duckworth National Operations Manager for the Boylan Group who are local distributors for UK based Highway Care, the manufacturers of the BG 800 Secure Guard product approached AVS-elli to design and develop a lifting frame to allow the steel profile to be stacked 4 high on a semitrailer in order to improve OH&S and to capture economies of scale on freight.

New AVS-elli Barrier to be PAS 68 Tested in the UK
AVS-elli’s latest product is the LW 1.4 FOLDING BLOCK barrier. The blade is 1.4 metres wide (up from 950 mm), which will give us the ability to put this new barrier either on a standard Quickfit cradle in applications where the energy rating of the full size LW 7 barrier is not required, or the LW 1.4 barrier is able to secure a roadways of 3.4 m in width. This gives our clients a cost effective option whilst meeting the risk profile of the protected site.
